• In original packaging with all tags attached

📝 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
